Punjab cabinet members sworn in at Governor House

LAHORE – Seventeen members of the Punjab provincial assembly cabinet on Wednesday took oath at the Punjab Governor’s House in Lahore.

Punjab outgoing Governor Baligh ur Rehman administered the oath to newly members.

A notification shared in this regard said “In pursuance of Article 132(1) read with Article 105(1) of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973. the Governor of Punjab is hereby advised to appoint the following Members of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as Provincial Ministers”.

Cabinet members include Mariam Aurang Zeeb, Syed Muhammad Ashiq Hussain Shah, Mr Muhammad Kazim Pirzada, Rana Sikandar Hayat, Khawaja Imran Nazeer, Khawaja Sulman Rafiq, Mr Zeeshan Rafique, Bilal Akbar Khan, Mr. Sohaib Ahmed Malik, Ms. Azma Zahid Bokhari, Mr Bilal Yasin, Ramesh Singh Arora, Khalil Tahir, Faisal Ayub Khokhar, Shafay Hussain, Sardar Sher Ali Gorchani, Mr. Sohad Shoukat Butt.
