PU CSAS organizes lecture

Punjab University Centre for South Asian Studies (CSAS) has organized a lecture on “Afghanistan’s Current Situation and Future Prospects”.

On this occasion Member, Executive Council for the Creation of South Punjab Province was the guest speaker while Director CSAS Prof Dr. Umbreen Javaid, faculty members and MPhil/PhD scholars were also present. In her keynote address, Dr Mina Ehsan Leghari threw light on the ongoing situation in Afghanistan and abrupt US withdrawal from Afghan soil.

She elaborated her ideas on the human rights situation, economic crisis and political instability.
