PTV Sports shall be airing live all matches of Pakistan’s tour to England 2020. Three Tests and three T 20 Internationals will be played. Tests matches will be part of the ICC Test Championship. First Test will be hosted at Manchester’s Old Trafford from August 5th to August 9th while the next two shall be held at Southampton from August 13th to August 17th and August 21st to August 25th, 2020. All three T 20 Internationals will be played at Old Trafford in Manchester on 28th, 30th August and September 1st respectively.
Strict bio secure environment keeps spectators away from the grounds therefore a surge in number of television viewers is well anticipated. Pakistan first toured England in 1954 and since then had won series in 1987, 1992 & 1996 while the ones in 1954, 1974, 2001, 2016 & 2018 were drawn.
It’s a high on expectancy series being brought live on PTV Sports. PTV since 1978 has aired all tours of Pakistan to England.—PR
