Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Irrigation Arshad Ayub Khan stated that the government led by Imran Khan will complete its tenure and will also get historic victory in the next elections on the basis of performance.
The PTI government is working on various mega projects in each district without any discrimination across the province which is improving the living standard of the people. The PTI government has carried out record reforms and development work in the province which has no precedent in the past. In each department, appointments are being made only on merit through ETEA, which is providing employment to the unemployed and eligible youth and is contributing to the development of the country.
He expressed these views in his office while meeting delegations from different regions and presiding over departmental meeting. He further said that free IT courses and interest free loan schemes have been launched to motivate the youth towards employment which has benefited thousands of youth and now they are running their own businesses. The delegations apprised the Provincial Minister for Irrigation about the problems being faced by the people in their respective areas, to which the Provincial Minister assured to resolve these issues.
Arshad Ayub Khan also presided over a meeting regarding ongoing projects of Irrigation Department in South Zone in which Chief Engineer South Sheikh Jalil and other officials participated.
