Provincial Minister for Environment, Universities and Boards Ismail Rahoo said Thursday that Prime Minister himself did not attend the Glasgow Environment (GE) Conference nor did he allow the provinces to participate, which is a quite shocking attitude.

He further said that even the documents presented in the World Environment Conference COP-26 were not shared with Sindh. Khan’s actions were not environment-friendly but environment enemies.

Projects like billion trees have become prey to corruption. The minister asked why Joe Biden, Modi, Boris Johnson and the Prime Minister of Japan had attended the conference then why Imran Khan did not go to attend such an important event.

He said that if Imran Khan’s government remains in power, the environment of the whole country will be like Lahore.

The selected government has polluted the environment along with the economy. Ismail said that PM Imran Khan should have attended the conference in Glasgow and paid attention to the environment of Lahore.

The Prime Minister sent Malik Amin Aslam to attend the conference but he did not show any special performance.
