The posters and banners with slogans like “India stop state terrorism in Kashmir”, “Indian Army – stop genocide in Kashmir”, “ India repeal draconian laws in Kashmir”, “Kashmiris want freedom,” and “UN – women and girls are not safe in Indian occupied Kashmir”.

The participants of UNHRC session and the world community were urged to take cognizance of the Indian military repression, custodial killings, mass destruction of properties, restrictions on freedom of assembly and expression as well as religious and cultural aggression by India in the occupied territory.

A large number of people including participants of the UNHRC session visited the camp, expressed solidarity with the victims of Indian state terrorism in the occupied territory and condemned the arbitrary detention of Kashmiri political leaders, religious scholars and human rights defenders.
