In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, senior APHC leader Professor Abdul Ghani has said the Kashmir dispute is now a dominant issue in the international political arena because of being di-rectly linked to three nuclear powers of the region, Pakistan, India and China.
Professor Butt in a statement issued in Srinagar expressed the hope that a good sense would prevail, and the Indian leadership would start a dialogue process with Pakistan to settle the Kashmir dispute as per wishes of the people of Kashmir.
In the changing geo-political situation, he said.
