PPP ticket aspirants interviewed

Pakistan Peoples Party’s Parliamentary Board for Sindh has continued for the second day, the process of conducting interviews with the candidates who are aspired to contest on the party’s ticket for the upcoming general elections due on February 8. According to media cell Bilawal House, the meeting was chaired by Ms Faryal Talpur, Central President of PPP Women Wing.

In a meeting, PPP ticket aspirants from District South, District East and District Korangi of Karachi Division were interviewed, and questions were asked about their ability to solve public issues.

During the interview, the nature of the candidates’ contacts with the public and their active role in the constituency were also examined. Members of the Parliamentary Board for Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Nisar Ahmad Khuhro, Murad Ali Shah, Manzoor Hussain Wasan, Senator Waqar Mehdi, Senator Taj Haider, Nasir Hussain Shah, Aajiz Dhamrah, Saeed Ghani, Shazia Atta Marri, Javed Naguri, Mukesh Chawla, Shaughta Jumani, Abdul Qadir Patel, Rukhsana Zuberi, Najmi Alam, Nauman Shaikh and others were also present.

It should be noted that in the first meeting of the Parliamentary Board held on Wednesday, candidates from three districts of Karachi division – District West, District Keamari, and Malir – were interviewed.
