The power supply has been restored to the affected areas of Karachi DHA, which was suspended after a fire broke out at the K-Electric’s grid station at Khayaban-e-Ittehad, said the spokesperson of organisation on Sunday.
In a tweet, K-Electric spokesperson Imran Rana said that the restoration work in the affected grid in DHA has been completed. “Supply in the associated areas is also normal. The customer may reach KE via 118, or social media for help.”The electricity supply to DHA was suspended for hours after the KE’s grid station caught fire at around 6:55 early morning. This happened due to short-circuit.
