Karachi police uncovered a stash of textbooks and notebooks intended for public schools, stored illegally in a house in Shah Latif Town. Acting on a tip, the police raided the location, recovering a large quantity of educational materials and arresting two suspects. A case has been filed against the suspects at Shah Latif Town police station. According to police sources, the suspects revealed that officials from the Sindh Textbook Board and the Education Department may also be involved in the operation. The accused were allegedly altering the covers of school books and notebooks and selling them in local markets. Police found that the suspects had been supplying these materials to shopkeepers in areas including Mahmoodabad, Malir, and Korangi.
