Police, PTI workers indulge in scuffles

Police have arrested three PTI woman workers outside the Parliament House on Sunday.

The PTI workers are trying to reach the vicinity of Parliament House in order to launch protest against dissident party members of National Assembly who will vote against Prime Minister Imran Khan in the no-confidence motion.

Some PTI members after breaking police cordon have reached Jinnah Avenue.

The workers indulged in physical scuffle with police officials who were deputed there to secure the place. The PTI activists were also seen removing the barbed wires placed on roads to ban entry of any outsider to the parliament house.

The Islamabad administration has barred entry of any irrelevant person to the National Assembly. Even parliamentarians are not allowed to bring any other person along with them.

Police said the PTI workers tried to enter the limits of Parliament House area and they arrested three PTI woman activists outside the NA building so far.
