Police action was initiated on Tuesday against owners of construction project Creek Marina for violating Sindh High Court orders.The sale of the project was on despite the ban and law enforcing agencystopped the sales event at the project site.
A report was lodged against the management of Creek Marina Project. An FIR of fraud and check bounce has already been registered against Project CEO Shehzad Naseem. According to details, the Sindh High Court has banned the sale and purchase of the Creek Marina project constructed by Mein Hardt Singapore in Defence Phase 8 area in a civil suit. However, the owners of the project ignored the orders of the Sindh High Court and started buying and selling the project at the project site.Sales events of the Creek Marina Project were also being organized in this regard.
TheDarakhshan police took action on the complaint and stopped the ongoing sales event on the project in compliance with court orders. At the event, the Creek Marina administration invited dozens of citizens to sell the project. Seeing the police action, the city project management was incensed. Several victims of the project were also present on the occasion who said that they considered the project as good and invested their life savings but now their capital seems to be sinking in front of their eyes.
Argument ensued after the raid between the affected buyers and the project management. Investors should be careful about this project.In this regard, notices have also been published in newspapers to warn the public.
