The Faisalabad Police claimed to have foiled a major drug trafficking bid and seized 25kg of hashish from a vehicle.
According to police officials, in a major operation carried out by the Jaranwala Police, a couple was caught trafficking huge quantity of hashish. The police stopped and searched a vehicle on suspicion and recovered 25kg from the vehicle.
As per details, the police stopped and searched a suspicious vehicle near 122/GB in the remit of Jaranwala Saddr area. Upon search, the police recovered 25kg of hashish from the vehicle. Police seized the drugs and arrested the accused.
A case has been registered in the Jaranwala police station on the complaint of the police. According to the FIR, the accused are involved in drug trafficking in the area. Police have started interrogation from the arrested accused.
