Lahore police claimed on Thursday to have traced the real accused backing the arrested shooters involved in life attack on PML(N) MPA Bilal Yasin. They said that the men, arrested in connection with firing on Bilal Yasin, also the nephew of PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif, have made some eye-opening revelations to the investigators.

Police officials said the shooters had disclosed that they had agreed to take the life of the MPA in exchange for Ice Drugs. It is worth mentioning here that the accused were expelled from their homes by their parents a long time ago.

Planning for the attack was done at Muhsin’s outhouse and both assassins, namely Majid and Kashif, were addicted to Ice Drugs, and they were intoxicated even at the time of attack.

Both of them worked at a meat shop at Morr Khunda. And after they were expelled from their homes, they were living with Mian Vicky’s partner Muhsin at his outhouse, they told the media.

Police said a man named Afzal Pathan had provided them with weapons. It was on Vicky’s instructions that Muhsin tasked Majid and Kashif with murdering the PML-N MPA, the officials elaborated.

Both the shooters involved in the assassination attempt on Nawaz League’s Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Bilal Yasin had been arrested yesterday (Wednesday)

The Punjab Police spokesman said in a statement that the two suspects involved in the Bilal Yasin Case had been arrested.
