Islamabad Police conducted a mock exercise at the Nation Assembly with a purpose to deal with any possible emergency situation and to ensure the safety of life and property of the citizens, a public relation officer said.
According to detail, following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Syed Ali NasirRizvi, the mock exercises by the Islamabad Police are being conducted in different areas of the city in order to prepare the force to deal with any untoward situation.
Officials from Islamabad Police, Pakistan Rangers, Bomb Disposal squad, Law Enforcement Agencies, Paramedical Staff, Rescue 1122 and Fire Brigade participated in a mock exercise.
