LAHORE – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senior Vice-President and Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz on Friday said that her party emerged as the single largest party in Punjab and in the center.
Taking to X, previously known as Twitter, Maryam Nawaz dispelled a false perception spread by a section of the media the previous night.
She wrote, “As opposed to the false perception deliberately built by a section of media last night, PMLN, Alhamdolillah emerging as the single largest party in centre and in Punjab. Some results awaited. MNS will head to PMLN HQ for the victory speech as soon as final results are received. Insha’Allah. Stay tuned 🐅,”.

Before her statement, Ishaq Dar also made the similar claims that the PML-N has majority in Punjab and in the center.
On other hand, Sardar Latif Khosa while talking to a local private TV said that the PML-N cannot make government in Punjab and in the center. He also claimed that the victory of Nawaz Sharif against Yasmin Rashid is also in doubt.
“The PTI will be able to form the next government,” said Sardar Latif Khosa, pointing out that it will be easy for them to form the government in Punjab, KP and in the center.
