Against the reprimand of a female officer in Sialkot Ramazan Bazaar by Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Information Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan, the PML (N) has submitted a resolution in the Punjab Assembly to remove the Special Assistant from her office.

PML-N MPA Hina Pervaiz Butt has submitted a resolution in the Punjab Assembly demanding immediate removal of Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan from the post.

The resolution further said that the attitude of Special Assistant Information Punjab towards the female officer is very regrettable. This attitude of Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has caused a wave of concern in the bureaucracy as well.
