Pir Pagara says GDA to contest in every constituency across Sindh

Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) chief Pir Pagara on Wednesday confirmed the decision to field the candidates in every constituency across Sindh in the general elections on February 8.

GDA will change the fate of Sindh by winning the elections with majority, Pagara said. In a consultative meeting of GDA’s core committee at Raja House chaired by GDA chief PirPagara. It was decided that the coordination of GDA in Sindh would be further intensified, and soon a power show would be held. GDA stalwarts Syed Sadruddin Shah Rashidi, Dr Safdar Abbasi, D Fahmida Mirza, Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah, Rais Murtaza Khan Jatoi, Syed Zain Shah, Ayaz Latif Palejo, Sardar Abdul Rahim, Dr Zulfiqar Mirza, Irfanullah Marwat, Syed Muhammad Rashid Shah, Syed Muhammad Ismail Shah Rashidi, Abdul Razzaq Rahmon and others attended the meeting.

The meeting expressed grave concern over the calamity of agriculture sector, corruption, economic distress of Sindh, non-rehabilitation of flood victims, unemployment, law and order situation, kidnapping for ransom during the 15 years of PPP tenure. In the meeting, the GDA expressed concern over the behavior of the Election Commission and said that the concerns raised by the GDA regarding the caretaker government and the Provincial Election Commission not yet resolved. Pir Pagara urged the people of Sindh not to give up and force looters and corrupt mafia away from power corridor through their votes in the general elections.
