A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight caused frustration for over 60 passengers on Tuesday after their luggage was left behind at Jeddah airport. The Jeddah-Karachi flight landed at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, but the passengers were informed upon arrival that their luggage had not made the journey. According to the passengers, they were only told about the missing luggage after reaching Karachi. The PIA spokesperson explained that the luggage was left behind due to space constraints on the flight, assuring that it would be returned on the next available flight. The incident brings to mind a similar situation in 2020, when more than 50 passengers experienced a similar inconvenience upon arriving at Islamabad International Airport, where their luggage was also missing.
