PHC orders release of ‘Double Shah’

Peshawar High Court accepted the bail application of Afzal Khaliq allies ‘Double Shah’ and ordered to release the petitioner after submission of Rs10 (M) surety bond with surrender of CNIC and Passport before accountability court the petitioner to be released on bail.

Peshawar High Court double bench comprises of chief Justice Qaiser Rasheed and Justice Ijaz Anwar in a writ petition filed in the case of WP 784/202 by the Afzal Khaliq in famous known case as “Double Shah of Doaaba, Tehsil and District Hangu where he was charged with the grabbing of huge money worth Rupees 12.59Billions from at least 4416 peoples on charge of returning them with double money.
