Peshawar High court Circuit bench Abbottabad has maintained status quo in the case against Galliyat Development Authority (GDA) for provision of 110 kenal land to a private company Manal Group on long term lease for Ayubia Chair Lift.
The Double bench comprising Justice Ibrahim Khan and Justice Shakeel Ahmed in writ petition No.1137 –A / 2021 f has provided interim relief to Galliyat Tahafuz Movement (GTM) and maintained status quo , issued notice to the parties for 18.10.2021 . Syed Amjad Shah Advocate repre-sented the petitioner while Rashid ul Haq Qazi Ad-vocate were present for the respondents.
