PDMA, IOM signs MoU on flood rehabilitation

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Sindh and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) officially sealed their partnership in a momentous Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing event.

The agreement, held at the PDMA Sindh’s office in Karachi, saw Salman Shah, Director General, PDMA Sindh, and Ms. Jannat Durrani, Deputy Chief of Party for the Community Resilience Activity – North (CRA-North) project, putting their signatures to the document.

This MoU cements the collaborative alliance between IOM and PDMA Sindh, with a focus on flood rehabilitation efforts across Sindh Province’s districts of Jacobabad, Dadu, and Khairpur, ensuring a unified and coordinated approach to all ongoing activities. Imdad Hussain Siddiqui, Director (Operations) PDMA Sindh and USAID officials witnessed the MoU Signing ceremony.
