Patron is an organization which is working to support young talent of Pakistan. They organize different competitions and scholarship programs amongst students of different schools to promote and appreciate the amazing talent of youth in Pakistan.
With the aim of promoting scientific acumen and equip the learners with 21st century learning skills like critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity, they arranged an exciting Science Model Making Competition for the students of Middle School (Grade VI, VII, VIII)
While briefing about their event held in PACC auditorium Karachi, Founder of Patron Mr. Mirza Khurram Baig and Senior Administrator Mrs. Shireen Khurram Baig told us that we want to give students the opportunity to develop their passion for science through practical work, investigating topics of interest and using the scientific method. We also want to promote the attributes of young students through collaboration and communication, promoting innovation and creativity.
Their expert panel of judges from different professional fields selected 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams after giving proper marks to their idea, investigation, reflection of work and proper presentation of their project.
1st, 2nd and 3rd team got cash prizes and achievement certificates while all other students got certificates of participation from Patron.
