PARC all set to localize modern Turkish beehives in Pakistan

The modern beehives of Turkey over traditional beehives is quite handy in such a way that with the former, the bees an make honeycombs into frames which can over time be removed and inspected to see if they are ready for harvesting.

TICA-PARC project of “Establishment of advanced honeybee research lab and domestication of Turkish beehives in Pakistan” is particularly started to introduce and localize the Turkish beehive techniques to Pakistani beekeepers.

PARC has recently organized a concluding session for this project at HBRI NARC. Turkish Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E Ihsan Mustafa Yardakul also grace the occasion as Chief Guest.

Member Natural Resources PARC Dr. Safraz Ahmad, while talking about the achievements of project told that under this project, activities which are completed includes; capacity building trainings, advanced honeybee management training, provision of 200 Turkish modern bee hives.
