PANAH administered Murree’s 30th annual walk to be held on Sunday


Like every year a walk will be organized in Murree on Sunday, July 3 under the auspices of Pakistan National Heart Association Panah. This is the 30th walk in Murree, which is organized regularly every year.

The purpose of the walk is to raise awareness about other deadly diseases and to warn the public about the factors that are a major cause of many diseases, heart disease, cancer, obesity, and diabetes including NCDs.

The walk will start from GPO Chowk Murree, Which will pass through Mall Road and end at GPO Chowk. The walk will be lead by President PANAH Major General Retd Masood-ur-Rehman Kayani, General Secretary Sanaullah Ghumman, and will attended by lot of important personalities belonging to different schools of thought, members of PANAH and journalists.

On this occasion, the participants of the walk will give the same message to all that Health is a blessing, value it,Choose walking, exercise, natural food and a simple life, so that we can all be protected from diseases and build a healthy society, which will help in the development of the country and the nation.
