Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, (PTI) Fehmida Kausar Jamali said on Wednesday that Pakistan stood second highest GDP growth of 4% in Saarc region for the year of 2020-21, compared to India’s -7.3% GDP, Nepal -0.13, Srilanka -3.6 percent.
While Bangladesh stood highest in the region with 6.1%. Talking to media, she said it’s possible due to consistent efforts and effective strategy of the incumbent government under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The strategy of the Prime Minister from the day 1st when Covid-19 hit globally, that lock down is not a solution we cannot lockdown our economy, but we have to deal the Covid through SOP’s and today results are infront of us.
