Self-inflicted increase in CNG prices by the CNG owners for three days and the prices were increased by 15 rupees arbitrarily and extorted lac of rupees from the drivers and consumer. Connivance or collusion of Sui Gas authorities and district administration drivers ripped off people by increasing the fares.
Three days ago, CNG owners increased the prices by Rs 15 and extorted lakhs of rupees from the consumers. The price on the meter was increased from 219 to 235 rupees. When asked by the drivers, they were not only discriminated against, but also gas was not put in these vehicles.
