Oral hygiene awareness campaign launched

Waziristan In Lightning Welfare Association “WEWA” for the first time launched an oral hygiene awareness campaign in various schools of tribal district of South Waziristan Wana in collaboration with Coalgate Pakistan in fourteen different schools, including Cadet College Wana, free oral hygiene kits were distributed to 4,000 students for dental cleaning.

On this occasion, the students appreciated the services of Waziristan “In Lightning Welfare Association” said that for the first time we got free oral hygiene kits from this welfare organization, and excellent lectures on dental hygiene, had a chance to listen and put it to good use. The students further said that we have no words to express our gratitude to “WEWA” as awareness campaign can reduce dental disease to a great extent.

Later, Chairman of “WEWA” Waziristan in Lightning Welfare Association Dr. Saddam Wazir told the media that it has always been our endeavor to provide basic facilities of life to as many students as possible and inform them about various diseases in time. He said that we are trying to solve the problems faced by the common people and especially the students.
