Federal Minister for Energy Umar Ayub Khan Friday said that optimum resources would be utilized for the development and prosperity of Gilgit-Bastistan. During meeting with Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Hafiz Hafeezur Rehman in Islamabad, the minister said the government was vigorously implementing the projects of power, gas and petroleum in the areas. Umar Ayub reiterated that the work on the ongoing projects in Gilgit-Baltistan would be expedited so that the masses of the areas could get benefit from them.
