ISLAMABAD – Islamabad Police have launched an innovative solution for the citizens of the federal capital — an online Taxi Verification App — ton ensure public safety.
The newly introduced app allows users to verify the authenticity of any taxi before starting their journey.
Citizens can download the Taxi Verification App directly from the official Islamabad Police website. Once installed, the process is simple: before beginning a ride, users are encouraged to scan the QR code displayed on the taxi.
This QR code, when scanned, confirms whether the vehicle is registered with the Islamabad Police Taxi Verification System. If the taxi is verified, the rider can proceed with confidence, knowing that the taxi and driver have been screened and registered through official channels.
