One died while eight received multiple injuries when a Hiace and a tractor trolley collided head on because of over speeding and slippery road.
Rescue 1122 ambulances shifted the dead and injured to DHQ Hospital Attock. As per details a hiace coming from Fatehjang collided with a tractor trolley near Akhori. In result a woman died on the spot while more than eight persons (including six Assistant education officers) received multiple injuries.
The injured Assistant education officers include Waseem, Jamal Yousaf, Arqam, Shoaib, Umair and Khan Afsar while other injured include Afaq, Arfeen, Iqra, Ishrat, Ehtisham, Waqas and Farzana.
CEO Education Attock Mohsin Abbas and Deputy District Education Officer Attock Syed Taqi Abbas who reached the hospital told newsmen that all education officers were coming back from Fatehjang after attending a meeting when met fatal accident.
He said that Assistant education officers Jamal Yousaf and Waseem have received critical head injuries and leg and arm of education officer Arqam got fractured while a leg of Shoaib got fractured He said, Umair and Khan Afsar received minor injuries.
