OIC SG receives special envoy of the federal republic of Germany

The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), H.E. Mr. Hissein Brahim Taha, received, today, June 12, 2022, Dr. Eltje Aderhold, the Special Envoy of the Federal Republic of Germany to the OIC.

The meeting was an opportunity for the two sides to review the existing areas of cooperation and to express the desire to further strengthen bilateral dialogue and cooperation on themes and issues of common interest.

The Special Envoy highlighted the importance of the OIC’s role at the international level. For his part, the Secretary General welcomed Germany’s continuing interest in the activities of the OIC.—PR
