OIC hosts Kazakhstan’ exhibition


The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) hosted at its headquarters on Monday, September 06, 2021, a photo exhibition themed (Internationally Recognized Kazakhstan), which commemorates the thirtieth anniversary of Kazakhstan’s independence in the presence of Ambassador Peric Arin, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the OIC and permanent delegates of the OIC’s Member States, representatives of its organs, and officials of the General Secretariat.

In his statement delivered by Ambassador Samir Bakr Diab, Assistant Secretary-General for Palestine and Al-Quds Affairs, Dr. Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen, the OIC’s Secretary-General indicated that Kazakhstan is an active member of the OIC, expressing his appreciation for its adherence to the OIC’s principles and its positive contributions to joint Islamic action.

Al-Othaimeen referred to Kazakhstan’s hosting of the First Islamic Summit on Science and Technology in September 2017.
