The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) is proud to announce the commencement of the orientation sessions for the selected students under the National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP) to provide quality education and promising opportunities to deserving students from underprivileged areas across Pakistan.
Following a rigorous selection process, 100 exceptionally talented students have embarked on a transformative journey as they join the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi for six weeks of intensive training sessions. These bright individuals, hailing from underprivileged backgrounds, have been selected based on their remarkable academic achievements and immense potential.
The training session will equip these students with essential skills, knowledge, and guidance necessary to excel in their academic pursuits. Upon successful completion of the orientation program, the selected students will be eligible for a fully-funded four-year scholarship at IBA Karachi.
This scholarship encompasses various fields, including business, social sciences, mathematics, and computer science, enabling them to pursue their dreams and achieve their educational aspirations.
The OGDCL-IBA NTHP 2023 exemplifies the collective commitment of both organizations to bridge the educational gap and create equal opportunities for talented students from marginalized areas. The talent hunt program stands as a testament to OGDCL’s unwavering dedication to providing quality education and fostering opportunities for deserving students throughout Pakistan.
Demonstrating their commitment, OGDCL has previously awarded fully funded scholarships to 27 students who have now secured positions in prestigious organizations and institutes such as Silk Bank, Daraz, etc.
