KARACHI – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has said that no monsoon system is currently expected to affect Sindh, with most parts of the province likely to experience hot and humid weather.
The weather department said that the isolated areas along the Sindh coast, including Karachi, and parts of Tharparkar may receive light drizzle.
Karachi is expected to remain partly cloudy and humid over the next three days, while drizzle is possible during the morning and night.
The city’s maximum temperature is forecast to remain between 32°C and 34°C.
The Met Department also said Sindh could receive below-normal rainfall during August, as no monsoon system currently appears to be affecting the province.
