No dengue case reported in Bahawalpur

Comprehensive surveillance for identifying and eliminating the dengue larva for the dengue-free environment is underway in 382 union councils of Bahawalpur Division. Commissioner Bahawalpur Division Nayyar Iqbal during his visit to Bahawal Victoria Hospital to inspect anti-dengue spray here today told that indoor and outdoor surveillance teams are busy in finding dengue larva in various localities and it is satisfactory to realize that so far no dengue case was reported in the division.
He told that all the patients admitted in dengue wards of various hospitals of Bahawalpur division are from other areas of the country.
