The National Institute of Maritime Affairs (NIMA), Islamabad organized a two-day short course on Research Methodology. Vice Admiral (Retd) Ahmed Saeed HI(M), DG NIMA, extended a warm welcome to the esteemed guest speakers, Dr. Tauqeer Hussain Sargana, Assistant Professor at the International Islamic University Islamabad, and Dr. Talat Farooq, Visiting Faculty member at Bahria University Islamabad.
Dr. Sargana focused on the topic ‘Understanding the Basics of Research Methodology’. Dr Talat Farooq, on day two, held an informative session on ‘Qualitative Research Techniques.’ The sessions were designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of research fundamentals and qualitative methodologies, enhancing the knowledge and skills of attendees. The course was well attended by researchers from NIMA and esteemed faculty members and students from Bahria University.
