QUEENSTOWN- Pakistan captain Nida Dar was taken off the field after being struck on her face while bowling in the 44th over of the New Zealand innings in the first ODI at John Davies Oval in Queenstown.
After assessing Nida’s condition, the team physio has determined that Nida will not take any further part in today’s ODI.

Sadaf Shamas comes in as a replacement for Nida Dar as approved by Trudy Anderson, the match referee for today’s game.
Fatima Sana is serving as the stand-in captain of the side.
The decision on Nida’s participation in the remaining matches of the series will be made in due course.
