Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori has said that the projects of USAID are helping the people of the province with provision of better essential amenities of life and its role in specially health and education sectors is considerable.
This he said while talking with newly appointed Consul General of USA in Karachi Conrad Terrible here today at Governor House. Governor Sindh welcomed Consul General to Karachi and hoped that he would endeavour his utmost to further enhance US cooperation in the province.
Governor Sindh said that Sindh provides conducive investment environment and US inventors can invest in various sectors for which every possible help and assistance would be provided to them .Enhancement of cooperation in various fields between the two countries was very encouraging, he added.Consul General thanked Governor Sindh for his best wishes and said that US investors desire to invest in various sectors in the province.
Later, Consul General along with Governor Sindh visited Quaid’s Room where Governor Sindh informed him about the personal belongings of father of the nation. The Consul General expressed keen interest while seeing the things kept there.
