Parents in Islamabad left behind newborn twin boys at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) on Wednesday.
Authorities said that the unidentified twins will now be given up for adoption. Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Muhammad Hamza Shafqaat told media that couples who want to adopt the baby boys should contact his office in Sector G-11/4.
He said prospective families will go through a rigorous vetting process to see if they can raise the children.
