National Coordination Committee on Housing Construction and Development held its 113th meeting in Islamabad today. The meeting was convened by Deputy Chairman Naya Pakistan Housing and Development.
The Committee reviewed the progress on different housing and construction related initiatives in all the provinces.
Matters relating to project approval regime, master plan, and land/construction matters came under discussion.
Current status of master planning of major cities and progress on operationalization of One Window Digital Portal along with back end automation and automated tracking system was deliberated.
It was informed by CDA that One Window Digital portal will start functioning from 15th November and back end automation is in the process.
Progress on project approvals/provision of data on housing units built, under construction housing units in the respective provinces by individuals/private sector/builders, government entities and development authorities including Cantonment Boards was also reviewed.
