If you want CRC to proceed normally, the fee is mere Rs50 while executive services costs Rs500.

B-Form records a child’s birth details, including their name, parents’ names, date and place of birth, and gender.
To apply for child’s B-Form, parents must provide proof of birth from the union council and present a valid CNIC or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). The standard fee for the B-Form is set at Rs 50, while an executive service option is available for Rs 500.
