The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned former prime minister Imran Khan and other Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders on March 9 in the Toshakhana case. According to details, the accountability watchdog summoned Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi and three other PTI leaders – Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Fawad Chaudhry and Pervez Khattak – on March 9. The former first lady has also been told to appear in front of the bureau with complete record.
According to sources, the bureau has gathered all the Toshakhana record from the Cabinet Division and the Prime Minister Office. It has been reported that the NAB has also decided to send the investigation team to United Arab Emirates (UAE) for probe into Toshakhana case. Earlier in the day, the watchdog on Tuesday sent a notification to Imran Khan at his Bani Gala residential address asking him to appear at NAB office on March 9.—NNI
