NAB: Allegations of custodial deaths’ baseless

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has declared the allegations of deaths in custody and forced plea bargaining as baseless. It promise legal action against those who had leveled baseless allegations.
A statement from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) said no one was killed during the detention. Anti-corruption operations will continue under the leadership of NAB Chairman Justice Javed Iqbal.
The NAB said that the plea bargain was accepted by the accountability court on the plea of the accused. Anyone who plea bargain is disqualified from contesting elections for ten years.
