The 22nd meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Law and Justice was held here Wednesday under the chair of MNA Mr. Riaz Fatyana.
The Committee considered the Bill “The Muslim Family Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2019 (Section 4) (Government Bill)”and “The Muslim Family Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2019 (Section 7) (Government Bill)” at request of the Ministry Committee deferred the Bill still next meeting.
The NA Body on Law and Justice reconsidered the Bill “The Superior Courts (Court Dress and Mode of Address) Order (Repeal) Bill, 2019 (Government Bill)”after detail deliberations the Committee unanimously recommends that the same may be passed by the Assembly.
