Plot No. 2 in G-6 I&T, Abpara, measuring 355.55 square yards, was also sold for Rs 629.324 million.
The high-value auction will conclude on August 6, with more commercial properties expected to go under the hammer as the CDA seeks to attract fresh investment into Islamabad’s commercial landscape.
CDA’s commercial plot auction was aimed to attract both local and overseas investors by offering premium commercial properties across Islamabad, including agro farms, commercial plots, petrol pump sites, and shops in the Blue Area Parking Plaza.
To make the auction more attractive, the authority is offering a 5% discount on payments made in US dollars and another 5% discount for buyers who pay the full amount within 30 days of bid approval. Successful bidders can begin the building plan approval process after paying 25% of the bid amount, while ownership and possession of the property will be granted once 75% of the payment is completed. However, all winning bids must first be reviewed and approved by the CDA Board before the transactions are finalized.
