Murree Glass Train: Routes, Stations, and Ticket Prices

ISLAMABAD – Pakistani tourism enthusiasts have reason to get excited as Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz announced the launch of state-of-the-art Murree Glass Train that will connect Rawalpindi to Murree in just around half an hour.

The new train promises a one-of-a-kind experience, offering breathtaking views of Pakistan’s most beautiful mountain landscapes in full comfort. The route will start from Lake View Park Islamabad, making stops at Chattar Park, Ghoda Gali, and near the Murree Bus Stop.

Tickets will be available in two categories: Standard Rs500 and Premium Rs1,000, making this exciting journey accessible to a wide range of travelers.

Fully electric and environmentally friendly, the Murree Glass Train is expected to ease traffic congestion on the Murree route, particularly during peak tourist seasons, while also reducing air pollution by decreasing dependence on cars.
