A delegation from MQM Pakistan, including senior leaders Dr. Farooq Sattar, Senator Nasreen Jalil, and Senator Faisal Sabzwari, met with U.S. Department of State official Elizabeth Horst and U.S. Consul General in Karachi Scott Arbum during their visit to Karachi.
