A delegation from MQM Pakistan participated in the ongoing sit-in at Numaish Chowrangi, which included senior members Shabbir Qaimkhani, Hafeezuddin, Masood Mahmood, Ashraf Ali, and other assembly representatives. During the gathering, the MQM spokesperson strongly condemned the violence in Parachinar and expressed full solidarity with the victims.
The spokesperson stated, “Whenever a voice is raised against oppression, MQM will stand with that voice.” He criticized the prolonged blockade of medicines and essential food supplies in Parachinar, calling it an inhumane act. The spokesperson questioned the government, asking, “Who are these elements that appear to be stronger than the state?”
He urged the authorities to take immediate action to end the bloodshed in Parachinar and ensure the reopening of roads to restore the supply of essential goods and medicines.
