“Article 140A is also part of the same constitution. If MQM gets power, there will be local police in Malir Liaquatabad and Lyari. He claimed that chief minister of Sindh has been made on the basis of fake census. “We have been fighting the Karachi case in the houses and streets for years.’ Sabzwari said that the rulers easily say that the problem of Karachi will be solved if the three drains are cleaned, but he added that Karachi’s biggest problem is under-population, we are 30 million, not 15 million. “Clearing the green line and drains will not solve Karachi’s problem.” The MQM-P leader said that Karachi has a larger population than rural Sindh. “If the census is correct, then chief minister will not come from Larkana but from Karachi.” He stressed that Grade one to fifteen jobs are the right of the local population Senior Deputy Convener Amir Khan said those who thought that the head of MQM-P was shattered are ashamed today.
